Holistic Financial, Estate, Trust, CPA-CFP and Elder Care Concierge Services For Medicaid-Eligible to Exceptionally Wealthy Clients and Their Registered Charitable Causes
The Estate Expert Advisory Group this team of Wealth Management, Legal, Trust, CPA-CFP, and Eldar Care professionals providing coordinated, comprehensive Estate Management Services for clients who could benefit enormously from complex trust-annuity retirement strategies, thus relieving the constraints and requirements that deter many people who could benefit from these strategies from moving forward.
The Estate Expert Advisory Group is a strategic alliance of professionals providing coordinated Financial, Estate Legal Services, Trust Services, CPA-CFP and Elder Care Concierge services for individuals from Medicaid-eligible to exceptionally wealthy clients and their registered charitable causes. The Estate Expert Advisory Group is a specific-firm agnostic system in which any Estates Attorney, Trustee, Wealth Management Advisor, CPA-CFP, Income Tax Return Preparer, and/or Elder Care Advocate may participate in one or more advisory groups. An individual investor’s advisory group may include, for example, that investor’s preexisting or selected professional in one or more of the quadrants. The Estate Expert Advisory Group system is thus designed to support multiple teams of experts assembled to meet each client’s specific needs including, where appropriate, integration with their existing or chosen team members.
Advisory Group is an Open Menu System. Each client may, but need not, engage Mehrman Law Office or any other specific Expert Advisory Group member. However constituted, each Group member ideally may serve as a point of entry to all Group members for clients of all stripes. Worthy pro-bono clients welcome to apply for discounted, free, alternative fee structure, or financially aided services.
The four-quadrant Estate Expert Advisory Group model allows Wealth Management Advisors, Estates Attorneys, Trustees, CPA-CFPs, Registered Income Tax Preparers, and Elder Care Advocates nationwide the ability to join the Group or refer their valued clients to the Group to supplement the services now provided to their clients, without losing their billing, insurance product writing, or relationship management role for their referred clients. The Group needs, and welcomes, Estates Attorney in good standing nationwide, with appropriate professional liability insurance and a clean disciplinary history, to join the Group as local counsel for joint-representation in their state(s) of licensure.
